Unless someone’s messed with your stash (Bhut Bomb) - meaning it’s tampered with or broken - your stash is yours to keep, and non-refundable.

As our product is perishable, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for products that have been delivered successfully.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will be happy to arrange a replacement.

To be eligible:

• Contact us within 4 days of receiving your order.
• Email us at bhutbomb@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product
• A brief description of the issue

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

We reserve the right to decline claims submitted after 4 days or where sufficient information is not provided.
